Counseling

Does life hurt beyond what you can tolerate? Is it too exhausting to continue carrying the pain on your own? Whether you have been suppressing fear, physical pain, sadness, grief, conflicts, or anger for a few months or many years, if you are ready to begin the journey toward healing, then Hope Streams Counseling can offer solutions. When pain is unbearable, we usually want to numb it or avoid acknowledging it for as long as possible. Are you tired of numbing pain with alcohol, sleep, overworking, medication, sex, or denial?  When you choose to face the pain, it will initially "feel" worse, but on the other side of that mountain climb, there is relief through healing or sustainable management of symptoms.  I believe there is HOPE for you, no matter how terrible circumstances appear or feel at this time. I invite you to take the first step toward improved emotional health and relationships.

"Hope holds on in darkness, knowing that light will shine again." Choose hope.
