Rachel has a passion for helping people choose life, love & wellness, especially when life hurts. She is board certified to operate in South Carolina as a Licensed Independent Social Worker - Clinical Practice.  Rachel holds a Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami (FL).  With experience in psychiatric and substance abuse treatment - inpatient and outpatient levels of care, Rachel is familiar with several therapeutic approaches and customizes care based on a client's preference and capacity. 

Currently, at Hope Streams, Rachel specializes in working with individuals age 25 and up. Prior to leaving the financial sector, Rachel counseled and coached individuals voluntarily out of a desire to encourage wounded hearts; their outcomes of renewed hope inspired her to pursue a clinical degree and fueled the desire to now help those who want wellness for their hearts, minds, emotions, and relationships.

Rachel has been married for over 23 years and has 2 amazing children. She enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
